These Terms govern your access to and use of Forgenite. By creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
Your account
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe there has been unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Forgenite to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, workspace data may be retained for a limited period to allow export, subject to your agreement and legal requirements.
